Ashish Sheth is an entrepreneur and a visionary leader in field of logistics with rich experience over 35 years.

Realizing the underlying need to create a unified group offering seamless logistics solutions, he founded the Saksham Group of Companies which offers seamless services across project logistics, chemical transportation, container trading and leasing, freight forwarding and custom clearance, shipping services and IT solutions among others.

As CMD, he ensures that the Group is rooted in its founding values and is guided by its strong principals and ethos. With an insatiable thirst for knowledge, being pioneers and domain experts, forging long lasting relationships and empowering communities, under his leadership, the Group has emerged not only as a logistics behemoth but also as a purpose driven organisation focused on empowering communities globally to traverse unchartered waters.

His consistent desire to experiment & innovate gave rise to the Group’s flagship company, Sarjak Container Lines - an Indian multinational which is the only Indian NVOCC in the world in the special equipment segment with a global presence and highest volume of business within a short span of two decades.

Apart from his professional responsibilities, Mr. Ashish Sheth has significantly impacted the lives of the less privileged with a special focus on:

• Education – 3200 students graduated from rural kindergartens; targeting 35000 over the next few years.
• Skill development – 300 young men and women made employable in the areas of retail, logistics warehousing and BFSI; targeting 30000 youth over the next few years.
• Healthcare – supporting a rural medical centre which serves a population of 2,50,000; targeting a population of 1 million with 3 such facilities over the next few years.
• Sustainability – plantation of 1500 trees in urban centres; targeting plantation of 15000 such tress over the next few years.

Supal is an accomplished Strategic Management professional with 23 years of distinguished experience in shipping & logistics, with core strengths in IT/Process, Finance/Accounts, Strategy, Global Business Development, Container Trading/Leasing and overall business management.

As CEO of Sarjak Container Lines, Supal is committed to building on the company’s success as the pioneer in the global OOG and ODC shipping market, and is now steering the company to grow its global footprint and optimising customer experience.

Supal also serves as the CEO of ARCON which is a digital start-up reimagining the space of container logistics. He has been the driving force behind the creation of ARCON which is solving few of the biggest pain areas of various stakeholders in the logistics space.

At a group level, Supal serves as the President of the finance, human resources and corporate strategy functions.

Supal is an MBA graduate from the University of Queensland, Brisbane and a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He is also an active member of the Rotary Club since 2016.

Soumen Majumdar embarked on the journey of his career over 28 years ago and has emerged a dynamic business specialist with a strong relationship attitude coupled with networking expertise.

Focused on achieving bottom line results and solutions, to meet a diversity of needs, has driven him to study and understand the Indian and the international markets.

His travel and association with diverse cultures and personalities has expanded his knowledge and understanding of Shipping and Transportation Management, Liner Trades, International consolidated addition company, Freight Forwarding and Local Activities at an international level, aiding him to quickly develop international business associations and become a recognized name in the international logistics fraternity.

Kalpesh Jagani joined the Saksham Group in 1998 and holds prides himself on being the very first employee! With rich experience of close to 25 years, Kalpesh has played a stellar role in steering the organisation to become a truly world-class Indian multinational.

Business and personnel management being part of his DNA, Kalpesh had grown the business development team and revenue function while steering the Group to the pinnacle of logistics - ship owning with the acquisition of SCL Mercury which also established a Breakbulk Liner service from India.

Kalpesh expertly balances his pressing schedule by letting off steam through cricket, chess and pursuing his passion for travel.

Anand Sheth has a rich background in shipping and logistics and has extensive experience in working with the fraternity of forwarders, CHAs, transporters, NVOCCs, shipping lines, etc. Widely recognised as a young and dynamic leader, his motivation lies in bringing fresh thought to unlock greater value in logistics through an innovative and solutions driven approach.

Being a part of the core management team of the Saksham Group of Companies, he heads BOLT Tanks Pte. Ltd, a Singaporean headquartered company, with his focus dwelling on end-to-end solutions for liquid logistics movement and ancillary operations.

His experience and keen eye for opportunities has played a pivotal role in BOLT’s growth, positioning the brand as a powering force in its segment.

Anand graduated from Purdue University, Indiana as a mechanical engineer and is certified by IICL for Container Inspection. He also holds a diploma in Advanced Freight Forwarding from FFFAI

Sarjak Sheth comes with a rich background of shipping and forwarding and has extensive experience in working with the logistics fraternity of forwarders, CHAs, transporters and NVOCCS.

Being a part of the core management team at the Saksham Group, he is focused on end-to-end operations to increase profitability and thereby market share.

Based on his experiences from Sarjak Container Lines and Sharp Logistics, he co-founded CamelPort Pvt. Ltd., a leading digital logistics company at a young age of 23 years.

His motivation lies in constructing an empanelled network for multimodal transport and containerized movement of cargo with special focus on creating a tech-enabled ecosystem for logistics which is poised to disrupt the logistics landscape.

He graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington with a BA in Economics Management and a certificate degree in Marketing, Communication and Culture.
